Officers

CEO and President Jeffrey B. Clark Jeff has held these positions since 1998 and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Jeff graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Idaho with a BS in Accounting, is a CPA, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Project Mutual Telephone Cooperative. Jeff has previously owned and managed an accounting firm, family farm, and was a financial comptroller for Case Power.

Sales Manager Brian Jones Brian brings 14 years of potato experience to the fresh pack business. Brian graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Ag-Economics.

Office Manager Gayla Willis Gayla has 9 years of office experience in the fresh pack business. A valuable team player, Gayla's duties include managing the office staff.

Personnel

Sales Terrance Lindauer Terrance has a lifetime of agriculture experience and has been in the sales department for the pas 5 years. He prides himself on doing the best he can and pushes fellow employees to do the same.

Regional Delivery George Chapa Ron Smith Ron and George's duties include sales, delivery, promotion and customer service. They specialize in delivering fresh, high quality Idaho potatoes. Offering a wide variety of packaging options, they service restaurants, groceries and various regional retail and wholesale businesses.

Office Albert Pelayo Albert has been with Sun Valley Potatoes since June 2001. Albert's duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. He has proven to be a valuable asset to our company.

Office Lisa Bliss Lisa has been with Sun Valley Potatoes since September 2002. She grew up in a farming community and has been involved with agriculture most of her life. Lisa has 8 years office experience.

1914-2001
Coy McKenzie was the heart and soul of the mission of Sun Valley Potatoes. Coy began work at Sun Valley Potatoes the day it opened in 1973. He worked until his passing on May 25, 2001.

Coy never missed a day of work. Coy will always be a part of Sun Valley Potatoes, Inc.
